Book Club Trip

The Junior Book Club was established this academic year by Ms. Cullen,
to instill a love of reading amongst our students. Over the course of
the year students met once a month to discuss a book of their choice.
To reward their efforts book club members enjoyed a trip to Dublin on
Tuesday 10th May. The trip began with a visit to the Book of Kells at
Trinity College Dublin, where students learned about the various
techniques used to produce the book. In the afternoon, the students
enjoyed lunch and bowling in Stillorgan. A most enjoyable day was had
by all.
