6 Year Parent College Information Evening
An information evening for Parents/Guardians of 6 Year students will be held in Avondale Community College on 22 September 2011 at 7.30p.m. This will provide information on college application, access routes, grants and school project deadlines.

Student Council
This year’s Student Council elections for the Student Council Members 2011/12 took place on Friday 9 September. Students were involved in the democratic process whereby nominations were sought and students cast their vote. The results of the election will be posted on the Student Council Noticeboard.

Drug Awareness Course
A free Drug Awareness Course for Parents is being held in the Brockagh Resource Centre. This course will commence on 19 September and will run on Monday and Wednesday from 10a.m. to 1p.m., over a 3 week period. For further information, contact the Home School Liaison Officer, Martine on 0402-29012.
