First Year Students and teachers are reaping the benefits of our new Positive Awards Practice. Inspired by research findings on the benefits of strength based interventions students are rewarded for demonstrating their signature strengths in classroom and extra- curricular settings.
This new practice is designed and coordinated by our TY YSI students who have taken on the role, along with school managers and teachers, as certified strength spotters.
