Ms Keogh's First Year Home Economics class had their first cooking practical today. Students mastered the key skill of hob management by melting chocolate and creating a Halloween inspired dish of Chocolate Dipped Apples. Students worked very hard throughout the class and implemented what they have learned so far this year in relation to the kitchen hygiene and safety.
