The kitchen smelt amazing this evening while 5 Maple rustled up a Chicken Tikka Masala in their Hotel Catering and Tourism class with Ms Sarah Byrne. As part of their studies they have to investigate and trial a number of fast food recipes. Well done to all students involved!
